Technical Evaluation

Technical evaluation of the suppliers technical capability ensures the buyer that the supplier has the needed technology, manpower and facilities. This can be done while considering a new supplier, or when your existing Supplier has new facilities, new investment in an industry, or when you are dealing with a supplier who is inexperienced with a new technology.
Technical Evaluation of supplier capabilities minimizes the manufacturing problems arising from contracting a supplier that may be hiding his technical weaknesses. It also makes it easier for the buyer to understand and evaluate his supplier's capability and to formulate an action plan to help him overcome any technical or quality shortfalls.

Supplier Evaluation

Supplier evaluation is done after the buyer getting offers from various suppliers and on the qualified suppliers who could be finally selected based on different criteria and aspects of the project.
Supplier evaluation is a summary investigation of a supplier’s manufacturing capabilities as well as other aspects which might be relevant including established quality assurance procedures at the supplier. It narrows down the list of potential suppliers to a very few possibilities, with whom customer may want to engage in serious discussions and negotiations.

Supplier Assessment

Supplier Assessment is a detailed examination of the supplier’s manufacturing capabilities and product quality. This is conducted as the next stage after the preliminary evaluation and short listing the names. In this stage Sinntec will work with the buyers check list of requirements and qualification as well as conduct various supplier audits in order to help the buyer to begin its technical negotiations. As part of the supplier assessment, Sinntec will look into the Management attitudes, Production Control and Process Management, Quality methods and system, External suppliers and procedures for out sourcing, Technical and design aspects, support and logistics etc at the suppliers side.

Price Verification

Sinntec also provides valuable guidance in finding the right price of a product. When independent verification of prices of individual products or even entire projects are required, a thorough analysis of price structures and market conditions and technical evaluations will be required

We are unbiased in our efforts and strive to help all customers find the right product which meets international quality standards. We do not participate in any price negotiations but compare the offered price with that of the present day market using methods and standards developed by Sinntec. Upon completion of our valuation a report will be issued to the client.
